Chai Shake

Ingredients

This is inspired by Choosing Raw’s Banana Chai Smoothie.  My version also includes 1 tbsp liquid chlorophyll and 1 tsp vanilla, and I substituted the peanut butter for scoops of Arctic Zero Chocolate Peanut Butter ice cream for a shake.  For 1/2 cup of ice cream, you get 3.4 g protein, 2g fiber and only 37 calories (although it’s too bland to eat alone)!
